CCM has developed an innovative new product called the Re-Pack Counter.
The Re-pack Counter has been specifically designed to facilitate the need in the Check-in Area for Passengers to validate their baggage allowance, print baggage tags and verify whether their luggage is oversize. Mobile and able to be positioned as per Customer Requirements within the Check-in Hall, it opens up a new dynamic for Passengers to "repack" their luggage in a safe and defined way.
Integrated into CCM's cloud services, the Repack Counter works seamlessly with CCM's Hybrid Self Bag Drop solution enabling 2 Step Processes for Passengers without the need for a Check-in Kiosk.
Enabled with a Payment Service for Overweight Baggage, the Re-Pack Counter provides a new level of service to Airports and Passengers.
